Query Resolution
Responsible to attend In - bound customer calls
Providing the client with exact and proper solution.
Able to resolve customer issue quickly and in promptly.
Accelerating the client base.
Provide information to customers regarding the company offerings.
Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries.
NO NIGHT SHIFTS.
Target based Job
2nd & 4th Saturday Off.
Job Specification:
Excellent communication skills (English). Sound knowledge about Indian Capital Markets. *Training will be provided.
Graduate freshers/ experienced candidates are eligible to apply. Age Limit - Less than 30 yrs
