Job Description:

    IInvestigation Manager

    Conduct investigations relating to banking products and submission of findings in a report format.

    Identify process lapses/control weaknesses and recommend improvements/ suggestions to plug the same.

    Follow up for the closure of action points emanating from various Investigation reports. Preparation of various MIS for submission.

    Assist in keeping relevant processes benchmarked to best practices and peer banks.

    Work along with the law enforcement agencies for the filing of police complaints and follow up to take the case to a logical conclusion.

    Work on the against cases by regular follow up and subsequent closure of the said cases. Handling issues and incidents.

    Monitor trends/developments in financial crime with peer banks including internal trends and ensure the regional team is aware of the same.

    Should be willing to travel at short notice.
